DIY conversion with full suspension and a Tongsheng TSDZ2 motor
A clean full suspension build by A. Gawlowski.
It's a Boardman, with internal cable routing in some places.
Green Boardman MTR? Very nice build, full clearance of suspension. Hailong battery on downside of downtube. |
Fasten the battery with threaded rivet nuts.
He used this so he could put 4 screws in the underside of downtube.
Speed sensor is riveted, M5? |
Nice clean installation!
Speed sensor: Goal was not to use cable ties, looks really neat.
-------------- Another build ----------
It had a std 68mm Bottom Bracket which made to whole conversion fairly easy.
"Still loving these TSDZ motors. I certainly wasn't found lacking against the Bosch powered Cube." - S. Garthwaite
"Made my own battery mount which (so far) has been absolutely solid. It's a tight fit but the battery can be removed easily enough." - S. Garthwaite
